Menu Plan Monday
This week is a short menu- since we will be leaving Friday eveing to spend a long weekend in Kansas. I get to see Jayme & her girls & Sally & Lil’ Major! WOO-HOO! I have been looking forward to this weekend for aL ONG time now!!! 
But to get us through the week here’s what we’ll be eating. Be sure to check out OrganizingJunky for more menus!
Monday- Stuffed Shells (using the leftover cheese mixture and spaghetti sauce from the Homemade Ravioli. (The casserole is already made, just have to bake it tonight!)
Tuesday- Taco Salad
Wednesday- Eating out ( I have a hair appointment right after work, so we’ll just stay in town and eat, go to Wed night Bible Study, then go home.)
Thursday- Burritos & green chili
Friday- we are leaving around 3p. Will probably eat some fast food in Garden City
Sat & Sun- In Kansas!!! Yipee!!!
